Volunteer Yorkshire Day!
Friday 1 August, 11am to 3pm

Visit the museum volunteers at Bolling Hall Museum. Celebrate Yorkshire in one of Bradford’s oldest homes.

Bring a picnic and enjoy the museum gardens. Our volunteer heritage gardeners will be on hand to plant some seeds to take home.

Visit our onsite Bradford Library, and our library volunteers will be inside for Yorkshire themed storytelling and fun craft activities.

National Literacy Trust Bradford –
11am to 1pm in the library. Their new volunteer coordinator, Amy, will bring a selection of FREE books. Don’t miss yours!

Qahwa is a mobile artisan serving freshly brewed speciality coffee and teas. They pride themselves on quality, strong visual aesthetic, and a focus on quality ingredients. Get your Yorkshire cuppa and fresh bakes on the day in the museum Cold Kitchen ☕️ 🍪.

Collect your FREE limited-edition bookmark from the library. Handprinted by #bradfordindustrialmuseum volunteer printers.
Fairies wardrobe will be on hand for facepainting! (Small charge for this).🖌

Bolling Hall is situated on Bowling Hall Road one mile south of Bradford City Centre and is signposted with heritage ‘brown signs’ from A650 Wakefield Road.

From Bradford City Centre, the 635 bus departs from bus stops City Park A on Prince’s Way, Rawson Square H on John Street, and Little Germany Y on Vicar Lane (alight at Bowling Hall Road).
