It’s not just a Heritage Open day – it’s National Teddy Bear day too. Author Richard O’Neill, and Illustrator Michelle Russell will be joining us at Cliffe Castle to deliver a wonderful workshop for children. Listen to the story of Rag and Bone bear, and then have a go at drawing your own.
Suitable for children 5-11
Spaces are limited and will be bookable on the day – please speak to the Front of House Team when you arrive to check for availability. Sessions at 11am, 12 mid-day and 2pm.
Did you know that Teddy Bears are named after a cousin of the Butterfields of Cliffe Castle – Theodore ‘Teddy’ Roosevelt!
Bring your own Teddy on a tour of the castle too.
