Young Ambassadors

Applications for this year’s cohort are now open.

As a Young Ambassador for Bradford District Museums and Galleries, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain access behind the scenes at all of our museums.
  • Gain training and support from experienced Museums staff to learn new skills
  • Have your voice heard regarding the future of our museums
  • Learn about other events and opportunities.
  • Create tours, give demonstrations. and facilitate visits
  • Shadow and support staff and projects.
  • Help shape our digital voice

As a Young Ambassador, the skills you learn in the role will be things that you can include on a future  applications and can provide referees for future jobs.

Above all, you will have fun, make friends, and gain confidence.

This is a voluntary role. Travel expenses will be paid, and snacks and drinks will be provided at meetings
Deadline for applications is Monday 27 January 2025, 10am.
