Young Ambassadors

Applications for this year’s cohort are now closed, but we will be recruiting for 2025 from December 2024 onwards. As a Young Ambassador for Bradford District Museums and Galleries, you will have the opportunity to:

Gain access behind the scenes at all of our museums.
Gain training and support from experienced Museums staff to learn new skills
Have your voice heard regarding the future of our museums
Learn about other events and opportunities.
Create tours, give demonstrations. and facilitate visits
Shadow and support staff and projects.
Help shape our digital voice

As a Young Ambassador, the skills you learn in the role will be things that you can include on a future applications and can provide referees for future jobs.

Above all, you will have fun, make friends, and gain confidence.

This is a voluntary role. Travel expenses will be paid, and snacks and drinks will be provided at meetings
