Bolling Hall Museum

We’re so excited be running “We Built this City”, a series of FREE events this half term, celebrating the fabulous people and inventions that built our city now and in the past.
The February half term week is packed full of wonderful hands on activities, workshops and partnerships including:

A brand new display and activities at Bolling Hall looking at Abraham Sharp – a Bradford lad who made the most amazing mathematical instruments that helped us navigate the globe.  Meet Abraham Sharp in his Study and have a go at making something of their own.
A partnership with the 50 Things team with a chance for families to sign off some of their 50 Things to do before you’re 5 as well as 50 Things Primary.  And a partnership with the Storybus and a chance for families to share their own stories.
Work with artists Lindsay Tempest and Scott Chaney.  One using charcoal to recreate iconic places in Bradford and another using tech waste to create a beautiful piece of art
