Music at the Museum 2026: May Contain Notes

Join us for another concert in the Music at the Museum 2026 season as we continue this year’s programme at Cliffe Castle, running alongside our events at Bradford Industrial Museum.

This performance features May Contain Notes, a Bradford‑based trio who perform a vibrant mix of folk, contemporary and original songs, often sung in unaccompanied harmony. Their music ranges from reflective and atmospheric to bold and provocative, always rooted in strong storytelling and a deep connection to the world around them.

With a line‑up featuring brass, banjo, guitar and percussion, the group creates an intimate acoustic sound that shifts effortlessly between playful, powerful and quietly moving. Their performances are known for being engaging, thoughtful and full of personality.

We’re delighted to welcome May Contain Notes to Cliffe Castle for an afternoon of harmony‑rich, acoustic music in the museum’s parkland setting.
