Join us for an afternoon of Calm at our sensory-inspired day on Saturday the 13th of January, led by the Healthy Minds Apprentices.
We will be exploring our senses with a range of activities, from making slime to guessing tastes and smells – all lovely we promise!
The afternoon is completely FREE to attend, feel free to drop in any time between 1- 3 PM.
The Calm Gallery will be open for you to look around – we would love to hear your thoughts about the exhibition.
These activities are aimed at young people, but everyone is welcome to join in.
*The Healthy Mind Apprentices are a group of young people who work to support young people’s mental health and well-being.
