Join us for an afternoon of Calm at our sensory-inspired day on Saturday the 13th of January,  led by the Healthy Minds Apprentices.
We will be exploring our senses with a range of activities, from making slime to guessing tastes and smells – all lovely we promise!
The afternoon is completely FREE to attend, feel free to drop in any time between 1- 3 PM.
The Calm Gallery will be open for you to look around – we would love to hear your thoughts about the exhibition.
These activities are aimed at young people, but everyone is welcome to join in.
*The Healthy Mind Apprentices are a group of young people who work to support young people’s mental health and well-being.

Cartwright Hall Art Gallery is in the middle of Lister Park, one and a half miles from the City Centre on the A650 Manningham Lane. There is limited parking in Lister Park, accessible from North Park Road (off Oak Lane). Lister Park is served by many city centre bus services including 23, 25, 26, 49, 51, 52, 53, 54, 622, 647, 662, w5. Cartwright Hall is about ten minutes’ uphill walk from Frizinghall railway station.
