Hear the real voices and memories of mill workers from the BradfordHeritage Recording Unit, Bradford Museums and Galleries.

See the Buttercross Belles Morris dancers who dance Northwest style, in suffragette colours of green, white, and purple.

LILY & LISTER, COFFEE SHOP will be selling their signature ethically sourced, fresh roasted coffee, cake, and sausage rolls.

Collect your limited edition International Women’s Day 2025 bookmark from our volunteer printers.

The Mill Owner’s House will be open with Mrs Moore, the Mill Owner’s wife, as she welcomes you around her beautiful home.

Plant your FREE suffragette bulb pot to take home with the volunteer heritage gardeners.

Meet the School of Art, Media and Make Up students from Bradford College – glam up with glitter and jewels facepainting, body art and performance students, roving historical characters around the 1850’s woollen mill site.

By car

Signposted from Bradford Ring Road and Harrogate Road (A658). Bus 645 from Market Street or Hall Ings. All buses stop at Moorside Road. On the museum site there is free car parking and disabled car parking.

By public transport

From Bradford City Centre, the 660 bus departs from Drake Street stop D1, (alight at Moorside Road), and the 645 departs from Hall Ings stop H11, (alight at Harrogate Road then an approx 10 min walk).
