A guided tour focusing on the story behind one of Keighley’s most beloved buildings.
You’ll learn about the Butterfield family that owned the house, and turned it from a small villa to the eccentric Victorian castle it now is, and how it came to be the museum for Keighley. Learn some of the unlikely stories behind key exhibits, and how the building has changed over the years.
Find out the journeys behind some of our more well known items – and a remarkably well-travelled family…
