Cartwright Hall Art Gallery

Join us for a lantern-making workshop, ahead of the Lister’s Lantern parade in the evening.
Cecil Green Arts will help you to decorate your own round lanterns.
The theme this year will be ‘Together We Rise’.
Booking is essential for the sessions:
• 11am – 12pm
• 12.30 – 1.30pm
• 2.30 – 3.30pm
• 4 – 5pm
These workshops are now fully booked. We are taking reserve bookings but cannot promise a place.
The parade sets off from the front steps at 6.30pm.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Cartwright Hall Art Gallery is in the middle of Lister Park, one and a half miles from the City Centre on the A650 Manningham Lane. There is limited parking in Lister Park, accessible from North Park Road (off Oak Lane). Lister Park is served by many city centre bus services including 23, 25, 26, 49, 51, 52, 53, 54, 622, 647, 662, w5. Cartwright Hall is about ten minutes’ uphill walk from Frizinghall railway station.
