Twenty-First Century Monochrome

Cliffe Castle Museum

Sat 18 Jan 2020 - Mon 13 Apr 2020

Cliffe Castle is hosting a special exhibition to celebrate the 21st Anniversary of the Yorkshire Monochrome Group.

On show are 50 high quality printed photographs by the club's members.

With no set theme, the exhibition has been designed to show the many different aspects of monochrome photography and the talent within the group.

Subjects range from wildlife, landscapes, and architecture to portraits, street scenes and creative images.

This exhibition is being held in rememberance of YMG's late founder and Chairman, Dr Don Whitely LRPS, APAGB  whose help and support over the years has contributed to the success of the group.

Due to the historic nature of Cliffe Castle, the Balcony display area can only be accessed by stairs - so a folder with high quality prints will provided on the ground floor in the Breakfast Room.
