Philip Sheridan and Helen Parsons will explain how studies show that the ancient Chinese form of exercise called Tai Chi is beneficial for both mind and body. The mind-body exercise has gained popularity over the past few decades. Originally created as a martial art, today, Tai Chi is considered an effective activity that builds strength, improves balance and promotes deep relaxation. More importantly, Tai Chi is an exercise activity that people enjoy doing.
