Lister's Lanterns is a community lantern parade which take place at Lister Park in Bradford. It has been running annually for a few years and gains in popularity every time. 

It's Museums at Night so you can visit the civic art gallery out of hours, a chance to visit the exhibitions, permanent galleries and peruse the gallery shop in the evening. 

Entertainment in the park starts at 5.30pm and the parade will begin at 6.30pm. This year the parade will feature music from the Peace Artistes, Orixa Bloco and Jamba Samba Entertainment in the park will include local choir the Great Yorkshire Chorus and local performance group, the Bradford Belles

There will be 4 sessons during the day to make your lantern in the gallery:

11am - 12pm; 12.30 - 1.30pm; 2.30 - 3.30pm and 4 - 5pm. Book your slot on the day.

Tea, coffee and cake will be available to buy from the 'Refreshment Room' gallery cafe, plus food vans in the park.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Museums at Night sees museums, galleries and heritage sites across the UK open their doors for exciting evening events and spectacular night-time displays.
