Family drop in activity: Crawling Caterpillars

Cliffe Castle Museum

Tue 23 Apr 2019

Join our intrepid explorer Enoch Pendergast on Tuesday 23 April as he explores the world of exotic caterpillars.

Have a look at the amazing display of exotic insects on display in the Natural History gallery, where you will see a vast array of colours and patterns. You can then travel down to the learning room where you can make your own moving caterpillar on a leaf.

You could then take your caterpillar outside into Cliffe Castle Park and see if you can find any real caterpillars to introduce them to!

This is a free activity.

Donation boxes can be found throughout the museum and your contributions are always welcomed as they will enable us to carry on producing a programme of events for everyone to enjoy.
